PSTEXT.EXE is a PostScript utility that will extract all text from
a PostScript file.
The file may have been created by PageMaker, Ventura, or other program
that offers the option of "print to file for PostScript."
Typing PSTEXT at the DOS prompt will load the program and prompt
the user for a source filename and a destination filename (which must
be different than the source). PSTEXT will extract the text from the
source filename and write it the the destination filename in unformatted
ASCII characters.
PLEASE NOTE: Extensive re-formatting will be required to use the text
extracted with this program. It may contain characters not intented to
print in the original, including error messages.
PSTEXT.EXE is freeware, and is distributed as part of PSSLEEVE.ZIP as
a PostScript utility.
